The Cupra Tavascan electric vehicle (EV) is available now in a ‘Century Bronze’ matt paint, new upholstery choices, an optional ‘Extreme Pack’ and a new vehicle sound.
Cupra is one of the latest carmakers to join the fold with the Tavascan, a signature sound that kicks in when its ‘Performance Mode’ is activated, and reacts in accordance with throttle input and speed.
Its matte paintjob has been introduced to enhance the brand’s SUV design, while the sports-focused steering wheel is now available as a leather-free option.
Drivers have the option to further enhance the EV’s interior with its ‘Extreme Pack’, which includes heated and ventilated CUP bucket seats. With the same pack, drivers can upgrade to 21-inch forged alloy wheels and 255mm front and rear performance tyres.
The Cupra Tavascan EV is priced in the region from £47,350, but increases depending on the model. Its V2 and VZ1 models start at £53,845 and £55,945 respectively, with its VZ2 costing around £60,845.
Across the range, a 77kWh is standard and available with either rear wheel-drive and all wheel-drive drivetrain. The RWD Tavascan returns up to 353 miles between chargers, while its AWD countermodel manages around 324 miles.

The model was showcased for eight days at Battersea Power Station and features two colours across two floors. On the ground level, visitors could immerse themselves in the car’s innovative features and design.
The second car was suspended in the ‘bandstand’ to create a “captivating” visual experience. Guests were also invited to participate in the brand’s Cupra VR experience that offered mixed reality previews of Cupra models from the car’s seating.
The company said that Battersea Power Station provided a “perfect environment” to showcase the new Cupra Tavascan with “an aesthetic, sleek and modern surrounding to compliment the vehicles on display”.
In total, the stand attracted more than 900 visitors, with more than 200 individuals participating in the Cupra VR experiences.
