Plug and Play home solar battery storage brand Anker Solix unveiled a new all-in-one solar home battery that offers up to 5,000W power output and a capacity of 7kWh to help homeowners cut energy bills at Solar & Storage Live London 2026.

The Anker Solix XE features a 314Ah professional-scale energy core with a 10,000 cycle life that helps homes keep up with daily solar charging and off-peak rate cycling year after year.

Aaron James Darvill, strategic sales director, Anker Solix UK, said that the new home energy system will make it easier for UK households to unlock more value from solar and consistently maximise savings, without compromising battery longevity.

“The UK is entering a new phase of energy transition, with strong momentum behind smarter homes, clean energy and technologies that give consumers greater control over when they use electricity,” he said.

“With Anker Solix XE, we’re making it easier for households to unlock more value from solar, benefit from flexible tariffs, and prepare for a future shaped by electric vehicles, heat pumps and cleaner, homegrown power.”

The Anker Solix XE, as well as having up to 5,000W power output, offers up to 10kWp solar input, as well as complete discharge capability that enables a 100% depth of charge.

Darvill said that the solution is suitable for both standard and higher-consumption homes and will support everyday household energy usage, including lighting, TV and gas central heating, as well as higher-demand appliances, such as heat pumps

The product is designed to cut bills as it can store more solar power for use during peak demand and makes the most of lower-cost, off-peak electricity overnight.

Everything is also managed through the Anker app. Users can monitor real-time energy consumption and power generation, as well as analyse performance over time to further optimise usage and reduce costs. For example, Darvill said that the system can predict future weather conditions in advance.

As well as that, the system uses a new AI assistant called Anka, and can help with operations, energy forecasting and make efficiency decisions with ease. It also supports natural language understanding, context recognition and multiple languages. Users can ask questions or operate the system by voice control.

The Anker Solix XE has been designed to make professional installation faster and easier, thanks to better wiring, a screwless hardwire terminal, an adjustable base and an embedded design. As a result, the installation efficiency has been improved by 80%.

Darvill also said that the system can be scaled as household energy needs to grow. It offers up to 126kW and 15kW AC output with support for a hybrid single-phase system of up to three-parallel connections. It also enables whole-home backup with 10ms UPS when paired with Anker Solix Power Dock Pro.
