David Hilton has been involved in the renewables industry since 1987. With a master’s degree in architectural energy and environmental studies, David is Gas Safe registered for natural gas and LPG. He designs and fits whole-house heat recovery ventilation systems and has trained installers and surveyors of low carbon heating solutions and solar PV since 2010. David has previously written for The Independent, Homebuilding and Renovating Magazine, and Grand Designs.
